The prices displayed include GST but exclude postage/delivery fees, which vary based on location.

Warranty & Returns
Warranty Coverage
All products come with an Australian Warranty of up to 12 months. If a product experiences a fault, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind returns if:

The item is in resalable condition, with original packaging and tags attached.

The product is unused, unopened, undamaged, and in perfect condition.

The request is made within seven days of purchase.
Certain items, such as hygiene-sensitive or personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
Resolving Your Concerns
We are committed to resolving customer concerns efficiently. If you have any issues, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning an item.
To qualify for a return:

The item must not have been damaged while in your possession.

Items marked as "Authority to Leave" cannot be claimed for loss.
Returns are inspected by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. Delivery fees may not be included in refunds.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Warranty
If your product is damaged during transit and reported within seven days of dispatch, we will replace or repair it at our discretion. If no replacement is available, we may offer a similar product.
Consumer Guarantees Under Australian Law
Our goods come with guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. If a product experiences a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation for any foreseeable loss.
